Leadership Essentials
The PLI Leadership Essentials Learning Community provides a safe place for women and men to discover and implement the building blocks of Godly leadership. These women and men recognize that gentle, yet courageous leadership is needed to align people and processes around the fulfillment of God’s vision for His Church.
This Learning Community is designed for pastors, ministry leaders, young leaders starting out or established leaders looking for a tune-up. To lead others well we must first lead ourselves well. Leadership Essentials helps participants grow in Christian leadership and influence in whatever context they find themselves.
Senior Leader
This Learning Community is specifically designed for Nonprofit Executives, University Administrators, Principals, Heads of Schools, Senior Pastors, and Executive Pastors. Additionally, PLI’s Senior Leader features lead staff involvement. When key leaders are learning alongside each other, the journey gets easier.
Through this investment in yourself you will learn

Adaptive Missional leadership
Discipleship to Missional Community (D2MC)
The Discipleship to Missional Community (D2MC) Learning Community provides a leadership training experience where pastors and church leaders work side-by-side to learn intentional, reproducible rhythms for multiplying discipling leaders who live out their church’s mission.
PLI’s Discipleship to Missional Community combines leadership training and coaching that provide ongoing encouragement and accountability needed in the missional church today. Dig deep alongside your church leadership (key staff and lay leaders) to drive the mission and vision forward. When one or more key leaders are learning alongside their pastor and spouse, the journey gets easier.
As the culture around us shifts and changes, we are rooted in an unchanging God. Jesus challenged his disciples to “go and make disciples.” The commitment to discipling everyday people who disciple others can give birth to fresh expressions of the extraordinary mission of God.
1,000 Young Leaders (1KYL)
1,000 Young Leaders is a Christian leadership training and coaching initiative that is designed to help you find out who God has made you to be, and to empower you to start and lead communities where anyone can encounter Jesus.
Gen Y (millennials) & Gen Z Christians who...
are between the ages of 21-36
desire to grow in their faith alongside others is a like-minded community
are seeking clarity and purpose
want the tools and training to more naturally share Jesus
are ready for leadership development
are not professional church workers
You’ll learn how to live your purpose in your everyday rhythms of life, to build intentional community with both believers and non-believers, and to lead others toward Jesus

Pastoral Leadership Institute
Balance sheetFiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31
The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.
Fiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31
This snapshot of Pastoral Leadership Institute’s financial trends applies Nonprofit Finance Fund® analysis to data hosted by GuideStar. While it highlights the data that matter most, remember that context is key – numbers only tell part of any story.
