In 2021-2022 we were committed to increasing our event offerings. We went from one pilot event in 20-21 to seventeen events in 21-22. In the last fiscal year our events included issues such as the importance of Small Business, Zero Waste, Productive Discourse, Invisible Disability, and Restorative Justice. In 2022-2023 we are committed to increasing engagement through social media followers, our event registrations, donations, and volunteer involvement.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our mission requires us to inform as many people as possible about the important issues we cover in a given year through our fun programs. Increasing engagement will facilitate this goal.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We hope to increase engagement through increased events, a streamlined marketing plan, and more board outreach.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a vast partner network, utilize platforms to consolidate resources efficiently, and work with part-time and full-time volunteers, interns, and college classes undertaking experiential work programs we are increasing our pool of resources in ways that foster growth. Additionally, we are beneficiaries of a Google Ad Grant as well as a pro bono national radio public service announcement (PSA) campaign that allow us to increase our reach. We have attained over $225,000 of in kind donations.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We continue to receive $10,000 per month from our Google Ad Grant. Our event registrations increase about 10% each event. We are creating internal procedures to allow us to promote events with greater lead time that will further facilitate increased event registration. We have increased from 8 board members to 10 and have onboarded six part-time volunteer program directors. Among these increased resources are a pro bono student consulting group we are working with dedicated to facilitating our marketing plan development and another group dedicated to facilitating our gala and auction.

Inform Your Community
Balance sheetFiscal Year: Jul 01 - Jun 30
The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.
