What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Trap, Neuter and Release Medina County

In the first 4 months of the inception of Medina Meow Fix we have taken in over 300 cats and kittens. We have established a working relationship with the city of Medina Ohio, the first of its kind in a Ohio as recognized by a letter from the Humane Society of the United States, thanking the city for funding a TNR program to help with population control, vaccines to achieve a healthy city. We are also working on law reform within our city to make abandonment a harsher punishment. We have partnered with the Medina County SPCA as well. The SPCA will take in the kittens we rehabilitate from feral mothers, they will spay, neuter and microchip these kittens, ultimately adopting them to indoor homes. This is a huge undertaking in Medina County and a wonderful partnership. We believe animal welfare and rescue is a very hard business and we want to work together to support each other.
