Rescue/ Care/Placement Dogs/Cats Our Mission: To improve the lives of companion animals (dogs and cats) by: Rescuing them from neglectful and/or hazardous situations; Placing them with carefully screened families selected for their love of animals and the security of their homes; Promoting and encouraging spay and neutering; Assisting needy pet owners with veterinarian bills when funds permit.
