Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
The ilooklikeLOVE Mobile Diaper Pantry
ilooklikeLOVE serves mothers and families with a spectrum of support, from immediate needs for diapers and hygiene items to long-term needs for financial stability. The organization’s Mobile Diaper Pantry distributes baby care essentials to families in need through a commercial van known as “Big Baby.” Additionally, the Pantry offers emergency diaper assistance based on referrals from community partners and local agencies. Our Mobile Diaper Pantry serves clients through “Diaper Day” distributions held three times a month to provide diapers and wipes to WIC and SNAP beneficiaries. Eligible families can receive up to 100 diapers and wipes for up to two children. To be eligible for services, caregivers must be pregnant or be the legal guardian of a child under three years old, present a valid WIC or SNAP card, and complete a statement of income along with a valid photo ID. To date, over one million diapers have been distributed to over 12,000 families through the Mobile Diaper Pantry.
EmpowerU Program for New Mothers
To support the long-term stability of single-parent households, The EmpowerU Program for New Mothers serves the community through three primary components: The Global Baby Shower, Mama's Money Camp (our personal and financial capacity builder for single mothers), and our Workforce Initiative in partnership with Dallas College. ilooklikeLOVE partners with donors and community organizations to offer books, baby clothes, bottles and other baby items for our "Global Baby Shower". Mama's Money Camp helps mothers create the framework needed for transformational change. With a focus on value-based budgeting, saving, and establishing SMART goals, the eight-week program blends life skills with financial education and mentoring to support stability in mental, maternal and financial wellness. Since its' inception in 2016, seventy-three mothers have participated in EmpowerU cohorts and camps. In 2023, Thirty mothers graduated from Money Camp with 60% maintaining eligibility for the college plan.

Financial data
I LOOK LIKE LOVE INC
Balance sheetFiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31
The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.

Phillipa Williams
Impassioned by the kindness shown to her as a young mother and with the mindset that we all have the potential to be better and do greater, Phillipa took a leap of faith in 2015 and launched a grass-root effort empowering mothers with babies and toddlers known as ilooklikeLOVE.”, equipping women to to embrace their identity, cultivate their authenticity, and build personal strategies towards personal and financial sustainability.
