Arts Ambassador Scholarship Program

Each year Enspire Arts offers $650 scholarships to young artists who are dedicated to improving their talents, as well as committed to creating an arts based community gift that makes a meaningful contribution to Clark County. Enspire Arts offers this unique scholarship program to students in grades 6-12 in Clark County with a desire for learning, improving and sharing with their community.

Scholarship Program Focus Areas
Education: Arts Ambassadors receive a $650 scholarship to use for instruction in the artistic field of their choice.

Mentorship Arts Ambassadors are paired with a mentor who is dedicated to help support and guide the creation of an arts-based community project that will make a meaningful contribution to Clark County.

Youth Philanthropy Enspire Arts is dedicated to inspiring young artists to share their gifts with the world. The Arts Ambassador program culminates with a community gift that shares of their time and talents.

Arts In Residence

Enspire Arts school programs are a unique mix of the expressive arts, curated with the aim to support emotional wellness and personal growth. Sessions include music, movement, theater, rhythm, art & more. These programs are designed in partnership with school administrators to create a program suited to your school, including length, ages, theme, budget, and goals.

Teacher Workshops

The power of creativity and imagination are amazing tools to support the well-being of your students. Workshops provide teachers with easy to use arts integration tools. In Enspire Arts teacher workshops, you will learn ways to create meaningful connections to engage learners and build community., and experience hands-on activities to gain confidence for implementation in your classroom.

Enspire Arts Community Arts Nights are free opportunities for the general public to experience the arts in a welcoming space for all. We offer simple arts activities for all skill levels in music, movement, art, theater, and creativity. Exploring the arts has benefits for sself-expression wellness, and imagination, and our arts nights are catalysts for conversation and community building.

Executive Director

Mrs Sarah Lightfoot

Sarah Lightfoot has worked actively as a pianist and private piano instructor for over 30 years. While maintaining a private studio, she has also had opportunity to work in schools, churches, colleges, dance schools, and theater productions. Sarah graduated with a Bachelor's of Music from Western Michigan University, along with a minor in the German language. The opportunity to study in Salzburg, Austria brought a passion for collaboration, with special interest in vocal accompanying and piano duo. While living in London, England, she pursued pedagogy studies through the European Piano Teacher's Association (EPTA) and worked as a licensed teacher for the Bromley Youth Music Trust teaching piano in several London schools. Sarahs belief in the power of the arts to inspire and empower the youth of today, led her to found Enspire Arts in 2017.

Alexandra Watson

Alexandra Watson holds a Masters degree in Advertising and a Bachelors degree in Communications. She has experience teaching social media marketing and digital strategy as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University and board consultant for WSUV. You can also find her ebook on strategic digital marketing on Amazon, and she frequently serves as a marketing industry analyst, blogger, and speaker. Her arts involvement includes being a former touring singer and musical theater actress, even though she's an introvert at heart. She relaxes by playing card & board games, reading, or landscape painting with acrylics. In her spare time, shed love to travel more of the world and become fluent in multiple languages. Shes been married to her college sweetheart for over 27 years.
