Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

City SAR provides humanitarian relief to those affected by natural disasters across the country.
City Search and Rescue is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) disaster relief charity.
Our mission is to search, to rescue and to provide immediate humanitarian relief to those affected by natural disasters.

City Search and Rescues Mission is to provide food, shelter and other humanitarian relief to those affected after natural disasters.
Searching for survivors after a natural is one of our main priorities.

We are an all volunteer charity organization consisting of professionals who all provide a key role in our mission of providing humanitarian relief. Doctors, Paramedics, Logistics Coordinators, Heavy Machine Operators, Cooks, Mental Health Experts and more are a few of the industry professionals who help us meet our goal of providing disaster relief services to the scene of a natural disaster.

The teams at City Search and Rescue have accomplished many amazing things since their inception in 2020.
For example, the following two events happened within a short distance of our office in South Florida.
City SAR was instrumental in providing services to the SAR teams and others in Surfside, Florida after the devastating building collapse of the Champlain Towers in June 2021.
City SAR was also involved in providing humanitarian relief services to the people affected by Hurricane Ian on the West Coast of Florida in October, 2022.
Natural disasters across the country seem to be happening more frequently and the victims of these events need our help.
In this ever changing world, it looks like our work will never end.

Balance sheet

Fiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31

SOURCE: IRS Form 990 info

The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.

Director

Mr. Dean Alan Isenberg

Dean Isenberg started building City Search and Rescue in 2019 and completed his mission during the height of the pandemic becoming an official 501(c)(3) non-profit disaster relief charity in the summer of 2020. During his years as the transportation coordinator at City RV Rentals, Dean often found himself in the heart of disasters providing housing to those who lost everything, including their homes. Throughout his entrepreneurial life, Dean was involved in both Internet Technology and Emergency Medical Technology, so he combined his skills and knowledge to operate a successful non-profit charity both online and on-site. Dean runs the charity to make a difference, not a living. Dean can be reached via email at [email protected] or via *Zoom at http://Zoom.CitySar.Org *Call, text or email for your personal password to the Zoom room.
