Voices of Winged Warriors provides a space to heal, mourn, and honor people lost to sickle cell. Grievers can unite to help spare others the circumstances they’ve experienced by channeling their sorrow into strength and passion into programs, initiatives, and activities that can help save the lives of other sickle cell Warriors.

Mothers' Circle

Mothers can gather for grief and healing support through special VoWW events to share their unique perspective of our caregiving for sickle cell warriors as birth/adoptive/foster moms. The group will provide uplift and opportunities for ongoing advocacy. Winged Warriors will be honored by saying their names freely, sharing memories, and celebrating special moments. 

Participation in this program is not limited by geography. All are welcome to join the virtual events.
