Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Day School, Roots Program and BizPath
Bloom360's educational program is a whole-child approach incorporating the social, emotional, mind, body and spirit into all we do. Our team of educators, therapists and developmental experts are fully integrated, supporting each Learner every step of the way.
We offer three programs to meet the needs of neurodivergent youth through adults. They include:
Day School - Bloom360 serves as the school of record for Learners ages 5-21. Our educational model leads with social-emotional learning and sensory processing and uses project-based learning as the main curriculum.
Roots Program - Part time program for Learners 5-21 who are homeschooled or already completed another educational program. Roots Program Learners have individual goals and participate in projects and activities alongside Day School Learners.
BizPath - Adults 21+ benefit from Bloom360's customized and supportive programs to help nurture their strengths and interests with a focus on next steps in the larger community.

Balance sheetFiscal Year: Jul 01 - Jun 30
The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.

The team developed a unique model that focuses on the whole child and nurtures the five core elements of human development: social, emotional, body, spirit and mind.
Bloom360 uses a strength and interests based program with a project-based learning curriculum. Learners, ages 5-21, are thriving.
Laura also is Managing Partner of Vista360 LLC, a compliance and management consulting firm. The business team was integral in developing the school and now the consultants are involved in select projects with the Learners.
Laura has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
