Crossing Fences
Due to the alarming number of incarcerated women in the United States increasing. The 365 Foundation has decided to focus on Prison Reform and Reentry.
The 365 Foundation is now an official collaborator with the Montgomery County Reentry Initiative. We are committed to public education and community service.
The 365 Foundation’s members include formerly incarcerated women and men, social service providers, academics, attorneys, city and state agency staff, non-profit organizations, faith and community leaders, and concerned individuals.
The 365 Foundation has three Committees: Crossing Fences: Conditions of Confinement and Re-entry, Incarcerated Mothers, and Art Therapy Treatment for Incarcerated Women. These Committees and the Board of Directors meet every month.
The 365 Foundation is a place of inclusivity and acceptance. We are open to everyone and are committed to working for and with currently and formerly incarcerated women.

Executive Director
Natalie Venezia
In the ever-evolving landscape of non-profit organizations, the pursuit of social justice and diversity inclusion has become increasingly crucial. The 365 Foundation’s Executive Director, Natalie Venezia, firmly believes that social justice should be at the heart of all endeavors, striving to dismantle systemic barriers that hinder progress for all marginalized communities.
Ms. Venezia understands that any successful non-profit organization relies on its ability to sustain its impactful work through effective fundraising and volunteerism. Ms. Venezia also understands that fundraising is not merely about collecting funds; it is about building lasting relationships with donors who share our vision.
COO/CMO
Edward Lott
In 2019, Ed created the Human Trafficking Project, LLC. The Human Trafficking Project networked with safe homes throughout the US to help place victims who want to escape sex trafficking and other forms of illegal exploitation.
The Human Trafficking Project had three main focuses to help those being trafficked by recruiting:
Victims
Attorneys who can represent them
Those willing to safely house victims by joining the project’s network
Ed believed in Natalie’s idea so much that he decided to provide seed funding for the 365 Foundation. Natalie invited Ed to join as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, allowing Natalie to focus on building a legacy through her unique and creative skills and passion for this very important work.
