As president of Arial Insurance, his company represents numerous personal and commercial insurance carriers and focuses on helping leaders design and install customized business process that help accelerate profitability. Ken has held several executive board positions and received his Master's Degree in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
