Mission

Through child and pastor sponsorships, Father's Heart is reaching Africa. Our mission is in giving a future and a hope to the most vulnerable of children. Through community church schools, children are being brought into an environment of love and care where they are fed, educated, and taught the gospel. Our latest outreach is to train up an army of entrepreneurs who express the kingdom of God through kingdom principles. The goal is to help cure poverty from the ground up.

Child Sponsorship

Feeding and Child Sponsorship Programs--In order to care for, protect and raise-up orphaned and vulnerable children to be productive members of society, Father’s Heart partners with church communities that have the heart to care for these dispossessed children. These churches start schools with Christ-centered curriculum and begin to care, feed, and educate those who attend. Unlike the public school, no fees are charged the children. Father's Heart then comes alongside and provides the necessary food supplements to feed each child as well as school supplies, clothes, uniforms, desks, and salaries for teachers. As a result of these programs, children who would have been marginalized, now have a chance of becoming Godly young adults who will be the leaders, fathers, and mothers of the future. The chief support of these programs comes from our child sponsorship programs. We invite people to pledge monthly for the support of a particular child. Each sponsor gets a photo of their child, letters, and the knowledge that they are helping change the life of a needy child. When you sponsor a child, the funds you give also help other children in Father's Heart school communities. We believe it is equitable that the sponsorship support for all of the children in our program is combined and managed to provide the most beneficial help and opportunities for all the children under our care.

Educating from a biblical perspective is one of the most important endeavors we have as an organization. The creators owner-manual, the Bible, gives the wisdom necessary to navigate all of life including making a living. Several of the photos above feature our graduates from our entrepreneur seminars hosted in Lusaka, Zambia. These folks are catching the vision for creating wealth through free enterprise. They're excited and reaching out to the Lord for new ideas and wisdom to create wealth. If you are able, partner with us to spread the love around.

Money and humanitarian aid do not cure poverty. If
they did, Haiti, which has received billions of dollars
and humanitarian aid, would be a developed country
by now. Yet, it remains one of the poorest countries
in the world. Over many decades Sub-Saharan Africa
has also received great allocations of money and
food, and yet it too remains in abject poverty.
So, what's the deal? What causes poverty? The
infusion of aid and money obviously doesn't cure it.
The World Bank (2016) reports that poverty has
fallen worldwide by fifty percent in the last thirty
years. They say free enterprise is the reason, not aid
and money infusions, which makes perfect sense.
