Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Diversify funding, increase awareness and targeted recruitment.

In order to diversify funding sources we aim to host new fundraising programs, set up a legacy giving program and create partnerships with community partners.
In order to increase awareness, we aim to differentiate our organization from other library funding groups, grow our story via newsletter marketing and highlight the board's profile on our website.
In order to target recruitment, we aim to expand the board seeking specific skills and expertise and explore adding non-voting honorary trustees.

We have launched two new fundraising and visibility programs and are in initial steps to craft a legacy giving program.
