It’s Getting Better All The Time! Mental Health Outreach Inc. was founded in 2002 by its current founder and President, Arnetta Legree, LICSW/LCSW-C. Miss A. Legree has spent the last several years working in a variety of mental health settings to include an out patient mental health clinic, an in patient psychiatric ward, a drug and alcohol clinic, an adult psychiatric partial program, and a psychiatric rehabilitation program. Through increased awareness, resources, and support Miss Legree believes that individuals living with a severe and persistent mental illness can fulfill their God given purpose for living and improve their overall functioning. Miss A. Legree is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a graduate of Park College and Howard University
