What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Fast Track Cook 1 Training

Our Fast-track culinary training prepares individuals to work in dynamic commercial kitchens in just 20 hours. Designed to jump-start their culinary career, the course covers basic food and kitchen safety, how to handle and maintain a knife, identification of basic kitchen equipment and ingredients, to the knowledge and application of dry and moist heat cooking methods.
In addition to the technical skills our training provides, our goal is to remove barriers and provide support for our participants every step of the way. We understand that true success in one’s career goes far beyond technical skills, it also requires a supportive community and access to valuable resources. That's why we prioritize providing comprehensive support beyond training, offering mentorship, career guidance, and assistance with various needs such as housing, transportation, mental health support, childcare, and more.
