Mission

SEBA's belief is aligned with research that suggests that a supportive and inclusive environment is crucial for the well-being and development of young people. When students feel safe and accepted, they are more likely to engage in learning and explore their potential. Conversely, when students are bullied or feel judged, they are at risk of experiencing a range of negative mental health outcomes, including anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Bullying is a serious issue that can have a significant impact on the mental health and well-being of young people. It can cause long-lasting emotional and psychological problems, we can help prevent bullying and create a culture of kindness and respect. In conclusion, SEBA's belief in creating a safe and inclusive environment for young people

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

High School student Leadership Program

Establish a Leadership Club in High school, peer-to-peer. Student leaders run the club and attend leadership training. And there is a positive difference between practicing leadership, rather than teaching it, helping kids who are bullied, shunned, and teased. All are encouraged to join and the leaders accept all followers and create more leaders. Eliminating gangs, bullying, and peer pressure from social media. Peer-to-peer, students have the power to make a profound difference in the lives of their fellow classmates who are facing mental health challenges in high school. It's not just about lending a helping hand; it's about extending a lifeline, showing empathy, and being a beacon of hope.
