What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Smiles & Toys Giveaway
Our Smiles & Toys Giveaway donation program brings a ray of sunshine to children across the country, thanks to the generous donations from Toylandeu.com. Every week, we distribute hundreds of dollars worth of toys, carefully selected to match the child’s gender as specified by their parent. Whether it’s through physical toys delivered to their homes or gift cards provided to parents, our goal is to bring joy and relief during challenging times. By offering a bit of distraction and delight, we hope to brighten both the children’s days and the parents’ lives. We maintain a strict policy of never including toy guns because the debate isn’t stress free!
Learn & Grow Online
The Learn & Grow Online donation program offers a lifeline of knowledge and inspiration through a series of engaging webinars. Featuring a diverse lineup of speakers—athletes, judges, lawyers, psychologists, speech therapists, pediatricians and comedians who understand the unique challenges of single parenting—these sessions are designed to equip parents with practical tools and emotional support. Each webinar aims to empower single fathers with new skills, insights, and a sense of community, helping them to grow and thrive in their parenting journey. This program is more than just education; it’s a source of encouragement and connection for those navigating the complexities of single parenthood.
Connect & Thrive Support Groups
Our Connect & Thrive Support Groups provide a safe and nurturing space for single parents to share their experiences and support one another. These private online groups offer emotional solidarity and practical advice from peers who understand the trials and triumphs of single parenting. By fostering a sense of belonging and community, we help parents build meaningful connections and find comfort in knowing they are not alone. This program is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where parents can openly discuss their challenges and celebrate their successes.
Financial Lift Program
The Financial Lift Program is our way of offering a helping hand to families in dire need. We provide financial assistance to those who are facing significant hardships, ensuring that support is directed where it is most needed. Our rigorous vetting process includes thorough background checks to ensure that aid is given to families with a genuine need and a positive history. We are committed to supporting single fathers who are dedicated to providing a stable and nurturing environment for their children, while maintaining a strict policy of not assisting those with histories of physical abuse. This program is focused on uplifting families and reinforcing their ability to create a better future for themselves and their children.

- We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
- We disaggregate data by demographics, including race, in every policy and program measured.
- We have long-term strategic plans and measurable goals for creating a culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
- We use a vetting process to identify vendors and partners that share our commitment to race equity.
- We have a promotion process that anticipates and mitigates implicit and explicit biases about people of color serving in leadership positions.
- We seek individuals from various race backgrounds for board and executive director/CEO positions within our organization.
- We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
