Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our mission is to serve domestic and international communities by providing food, safe drinking water, medical supplies, equipment, educational resources, and more. We are committed to empowering those we serve to achieve self-reliance.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our Operating Philosophy: All goods and services will be provided through evangelical Christian missionaries or, local pastors, when providing domestic and international assistance. This helps to ensure goods and services are distributed equitably, efficiently and effectively.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
GIMI is a pipeline for resources coming from concerned Christians in the United States to those in need around the world. We connect the dots from where there is plenty and where there is need.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
For more than 20 years Global Impact has provided humanitarian aide in different countries around the world through special projects to the most needy. We have worked on many continents and are seeking to add countries as we move forward. One area we hope to launch in the next year is more and more disaster relief within our own nation. This, along with ongoing projects, and new projects, will keep us busy and insure continued growth.

Financial data
GLOBAL IMPACT MINISTRIES INC
Balance sheetFiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31
The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.

President/Director
Richard A Groover Jr
Rick Groover and his wife, Tracy, have been in ministry since 1998. He was Vice President and Assistant Director of a mission board until 2002. In 2002 he and his family moved to the Cincinnati, OH area where he assisted in starting a Bible training center. Then in 2005, he and Tracy planted a church in the West Chester/Mason, OH area. He resigned as pastor of that church in September of 2017 and took over as the President and Director of Global Impact Ministries, Inc. Rick was on the board of directors of GIMI in 1999, it's first year of operation. Rick's wife, Tracy, serves along side of him as the office administrator and Secretary/Treasurer of the corporation.
Assistant Director/Project Manager
Mike Perry
Mike has served faithfully in his local church in roles such as Deacon, Sunday School Teacher and Superintendent, Couples Leader, and Music Ministry. Career-wise, Mike has been in manufacturing and project management for over 30 years. He has led global and multi-site organizations and overseen large expansion projects. His extensive experience and skills have prepared him for the Lord’s calling into full time mission work with GIMI. Even though Mike did not know that God was preparing him for “such a time as this,” he looks back and sees how God was orchestrating the path he was walking all along. Mike's wife, Cindy, serves along side of him at GIMI by using her talents in partner relations, media, photography, videography.
