To identify bright spots and enhance positive service experiences, To inform the development of new programs/projects, To strengthen relationships with the people we serve, To understand people's needs and how we can help them achieve their goals

What significant change resulted from feedback?
We constantly monitor the condition of our wells and boreholes to ensure they are fully serving the community in need. In the last three days, the solar pump and panels were damaged by lightning. Through discussion with the garden Executive Committee, we have quickly come in to fix the pump and get water flowing once again in teh community garden area as it is planting season.

It is difficult to find the ongoing funding to support feedback collection, Staff find it hard to prioritize feedback collection and review due to lack of time

Mrs Gail van Jaarsveldt
Gail is the dynamic head of operations for Jafuta Foundation, a Trustee on the board and one of the original founders. She heads up a small team so you will be in direct contact with her on most occasions. Gail has been involved in charity work all her life, which was then formalised as Jafuta Foundation along with chairman Malcolm Ainscough. She is also a Sports Commissioner for the Zimbabwe Sports and Recreation Committee, under Minister Coventry.
