Michael J Combe Jr.

Michael is a Contract Air Traffic Instructor with SAIC at the New Orleans Tower and TRACON. His career in the FAA began in 1989 and over the next 27 years Hitch worked at Houston and Seattle Centers. The last year was spent working in AJI in Washington DC at FAA Headquarters before retiring in June of 2016. Michael joined FAAMA in early 2009 and has served the Association in many roles. Starting with Regional Director for the Southwest Region, Director of Communications, the founding Chair of the FAAMA Foundation, and until October of 2022 as National Secretary. Currently he is also the Managing Editor of FAAMAs award winning magazine Managing the Skies.
