Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Infinite Hope Kentucky for suicide prevention and support for survivors of suicide loss
Infinite Hope provides postvention suicide support for survivors who have had a loved one die by suicide. Some of what we provide includes financial support with biohazard cleanup and funeral expenses, assistance with timely appointments with local therapists and support groups, and more. Those who have lost a loved one to suicide suffer from a type of grief that is often referred to as disenfranchised grief. This grief includes trauma, goes on for much longer than society understands, and is kept hidden, unacknowledged, and not generally understood. In addition to the postvention support for survivors, we strive to educate the community on prevention strategies. The area we serve has one of the highest rates of suicide in the state of Kentucky.

Financial data
Infinite Hope Inc
Balance sheetFiscal Year: Jul 01 - Jun 30
The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.

Executive Director
Cindy Weaver
Cindy Weaver has called Henderson, KY, her home for 42 years, along with Mark Weaver, her husband of 42 years, and it is where they raised their two adult sons. When a young lady took her life in 2019, Cindy's passion for forming Infinite Hope was ignited. This followed the suicide in May of 2018 of a young man who took his life that had served every Sunday in the children's ministry at the church she and her husband attend. Additionally, the young man had gone on a mission trip with her and her husband. Before these losses, while working on her Master's degree in 2004, the loss of a very dear friend who was like family was devastating to her. It was the tipping point that led to her withdrawing from school mid-semester.
These and many other experiences with loss due to suicide have given Cindy a depth of passion leading to the founding of Infinite Hope. She understands personally that the loss of suicide has a broad reach and impacts those connected to the one lost.
