What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

With full dedication and on-site support at our projects. We analyze, review, and most diligent explore the situation on the ground, before getting involved. This is the criteria which never is compromised and we are only taking as many projects we can personally oversee, lead, direct and be accountable for.

Our programs

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Children's Garden Home & School, Nairobi - Kenya

Children Garden Home is a community based, non-governmental, non-profit charitable organization for orphans, abandoned, abused, desperate and neglected street children regardless of religion, sex, color or tribe. Through parental love, spiritual care, rehabilitation and on-formal education, we nurture them to unleash their full potential towards living a good life based on self-reliance.

A home to over 300 kids and there was a need for a sustainable food program as they were heavily reliant on donations which have been affected by the ongoing pandemic. WAVE initiated and lead the land purchase for farming , which is essential for;

1. Long term self sufficiency
2. Providing vocational programs for the teenage kids
3. Additional source of income for the home
4. A better diet and food program for the kids.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Create the support to kids to grown up and be self sustainable in every aspect. This starts as a toddler, giving underprivileged kids the opportunity to grow up safe, healthy, with educational support and under the supervision of trained staff and teachers. We give them the tools to be successful on their own.

Hands on approach and lead by example. Working with leaders in projects, and giving the support with diligent, responsible and very dedicated approach with our staff on site and location.

Hire the right staff, train the staff and oversee the staff with the tools and experience they expect and we offer.
Each project is only as successful as the onsite staff is trained to oversee the day to day operations, without micro managing, and getting results. These results are driving the projects to be funded, and donors are having the confidence to support with monthly and annual donations.

Within 3 years of existence we have changed the lives of over 2,000 kids in Kenya. We have created several programs in a rescue center, including an IT lab, Greenhouse, new classroom, farmland with borehole and a support system for teachers to be successful in their class rooms at the rescue center.
We funded for another Primary School and community and dorm another bore hole, which was never possible, due to its location. We accomplished this with again, hands on approach and due diligence and flow through on the ground and in the wild.

Balance sheet

Fiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31

SOURCE: IRS Form 990 info

The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.
