What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Aging out mentorship program
We find leader volunteers who we
train to mentor 16-26 year olds
in life skills and career coaching.
These volunteers also serve as
fundraisers and referrals to if they
observe the aging out youth to need
financial support in order to reach their
education and career goals. This program
exists to lower the rates of adult
homelessness, undereducated, unemployment,
human trafficking, and crime rates.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We are aiming to raise the college completion rate up from the current less than 4% (out of the 80% who want to complete a 4 year degree) to the same percentage as their non-foster care peers.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Fundraising for used cars to attend school/work, safe housing, and the practical needs of those aging out.
We also have a mentoring program for 16-26 year olds who have been in the foster care system in any state in the US.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
