Mission

The mission of '83 United Independent Supporters Association is to support, promote, and grow the game of soccer in and around Oklahoma from the youth grassroots levels to the highest professional level on the national and international stages. '83 United I.S.A. supports regionally based soccer initiatives, soccer events, and soccer supporter and promotion organizations in Oklahoma.

Tulsa Roustabouts Supporters Group

83 United operates the Tulsa Roustabouts supporters group as part of our mission to support soccer in Tulsa promote and grow the game of soccer in and around Oklahoma to the highest professional level. The Tulsa Roustabouts are the official supporters group of the Tulsa Roughnecks FC. The Tulsa Roustabouts have quickly made a name for themselves in Tulsa and in national media as supporters organization. 83 United does significant work to fundraise and recruit for other programs through the group.

As part of the mission of 83 United, a portion of the annual budget of the organization is put toward scholarship programs for under-privileged youth to participate in soccer clubs and camps.
