What we aim to solve

We have seen an increased need for food in the past year, serving 40% more people than in 2022. We continually seek funding to be able to increase our distribution and to continue to provide food and other resources to anyone in need. We are seeking funds to make improvements to the property and provide a shelter for waiting clients. These changes would help provide increased storage for fresh food.

Providing food and other resources to anyone in need. Food, personal care products, health screenings, nutritional information, insurance assistance, flu shots and other health and wellness resources are offered to all. Health services are provided through our partners and are available to anyone in need.

Our goal is to be able to meet the increasing need for food. We have seen a significant increase in the number of food insecure families. We work very hard to continue to provide nutritious options to our most vulnerable neighbors.

We consistenly work with local stores and organizations to minimize food waste and ensure that anyone in need has access to healthy food options regardless of their background, ethnicity or financial status. We also provide access to various health initiatives to support the community.

To meet our current goals we have formed a great partnership with our community and are working together to expand our resources. We have acquired multiple unit to store fresh, healthy foods. In addition, we apply for various grants to support and improve our work.

Through a concentrated effort we have successfully modified two shipping conainers to serve as food storage. We have added additional volunteers to pick up fresh produce for us as well as other food items so we can increase our capacity to serve. We also particpate in Grocery Store Geaning Programs to help minimize food waste from local stores, and provide quality food to our clients.
