Lives are transformed by unconditional love. We must exercise compassion for ourselves & others willing to take the journey to love & acceptance. We work to join families, allies & LGBTQ people to fulfill our vision to achieve full legal equality & societal inclusion. We commit to listening, supporting & responding in building relationships with those we serve. What makes us diverse is what makes us powerful. We commit to listening, learning, engaging with diverse communities. True inclusion means to meet others where they are, acknowledging & embracing their stories. We commit to empowering people in our communities to join together to transform the places where they live. In partnership with others, we are united to advocate for change toward full equality. Learning is the key to positive change & inclusion. We commit to providing & involving ourselves in ongoing learning opportunities to continually broaden our worldview, overcome misinformation & bias, in order to live our values.
